Our in-house landscaping team follows this process for all residential and commercial landscaping contracts:

Call us or complete an online assessment. We will discuss your property needs and schedule a paid consultation.

Step 2

Paid Consultation & Site Visit

Our team visits your property to assess conditions, take measurements, and discuss your goals. The consultation fee applies and is credited toward your service when booked.

Step 3

Proposal & Contract

We provide a detailed proposal with scope of work, pricing, and schedule. You select a 1, 2, or 3-year contract term. Both parties sign the service agreement.

Step 4

Contract Execution

Upon signing, the contract is binding for the full term. Initial payment or deposit is collected. Service schedule is confirmed.

Step 5

Service Begins

Our crew begins regular service per the agreed schedule. You receive notifications before each visit. Quality checks are performed regularly.

Step 6

Ongoing Communication

Regular progress reports, seasonal recommendations, and open communication throughout the contract term. Issues are addressed within 48 hours.

Contractor Referral Services

For all construction, remodeling, and specialty trade services handled by our vetted partner network:

Step 1

Initial Contact & Assessment

Call us or complete an online assessment questionnaire for your specific project type. We gather details about your needs, timeline, and budget.

Step 2

Paid Consultation

Schedule a paid consultation where we discuss your project in detail. This fee is credited toward your project cost when you book through our network.

Step 3

Contractor Matching

Based on your project requirements, we match you with the best-suited contractor from our vetted partner network. We consider specialization, availability, and budget fit.

Step 4

Proposal & Agreement

Your matched contractor provides a detailed proposal. You review scope, timeline, and pricing. A separate service agreement is executed between you and the contractor.

Step 5

Project Kickoff

Permits are pulled (if required), materials are ordered, and a start date is confirmed. You receive a project timeline and communication plan.

Step 6

Project Execution

Work proceeds per the agreed scope. Regular updates are provided. Change orders are documented in writing before any additional work begins.

Step 7

Final Walkthrough & Completion

Upon completion, a final walkthrough is conducted. Any punch list items are addressed. Final payment is collected and warranty information is provided.

Commercial Projects

Commercial clients receive dedicated project management and expedited service:

Initial Inquiry

Contact us with your commercial project needs. We gather preliminary information about property type, size, and service requirements.

Step 2

Site Assessment & Consultation

Our team conducts a thorough site assessment. For landscaping, we evaluate terrain, existing conditions, and maintenance needs. For construction, we review plans and specifications.

Step 3

Detailed Proposal

We provide a comprehensive proposal including scope, schedule, pricing, and contract terms. Commercial landscaping contracts are 1-3 years. Construction projects are scoped individually.

Step 4

Contract Negotiation & Signing

Terms are finalized, insurance certificates are exchanged, and the contract is executed. Payment schedule and milestones are established.

Step 5

Mobilization & Execution

Crews are assigned, materials are staged, and work begins per the project schedule. A dedicated project manager is assigned for commercial accounts.

Step 6

Quality Assurance & Reporting

Regular quality inspections, monthly reporting, and proactive communication. Issues are escalated and resolved within 24 hours for commercial clients.

Important Notes

Communication

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. Emergency services are available for existing clients.

Documentation

All agreements, change orders, and communications are documented in writing. We recommend clients keep copies of all signed documents.

Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

Permits

When required, we handle all permit applications and inspections. Permit costs are included in project proposals unless otherwise noted.
